The Happenings Lately...

My second Farmer's Market of the season and David kept me company.

David found a little boy of one of the other vendors to play with. They were very cute together.

Todd decided to see if David would fit in the cupboard and what do you know? He does!

Since this time, David has tried to climb into the cupboard again...He seemed to enjoy it.

For one of our family home evening lessons, Todd was teaching David about Nephi and his brothers. They were just so cute together, I couldn't help but take a picture.

A random day when Todd decided to tie David up. He enjoyed it until he figured out that he couldn't get out.

Last week my mom, sister and nephew came to visit and we had so much fun! Here are some pictures from that time together.

We found this giant beetle while on our walk, so we stopped to take a picture of it.

One of David's favorite things to do is wear my shoes and go walking all over the house.

Margaret and I did crafts while she was here and this is one of the nursing covers that she made. Isn't it cute?

And Constantly growing.

What we've been up to lately...

The weather's been so nice that we've started taking walks occasionally and on this trip we tried to let David swing, but (if you can't tell) he didn't enjoy it very much.

David's also been copying us a lot more lately and talking like crazy! He even occasionally asks for things the way he's supposed to, so hopefully we're getting out of the whiney stage...(I can dream right?)

David also got to try on Daddy's sweatshirt, I think it fit well.

Our St. Patrick's Day Feast...As tradition, corned beef, potatoes, carrots, and delicious rolls. I also made cinnamon rolls and we had green frosting and I dyed the butter green, but I didn't get a picture of it.

And the After...I learned how to make things only on Thursday and I've made about forty.

I'm a little excited to be having a girl, can't you tell?

A Little Catching Up...

David got a new bike for Christmas and he loves to ride it. It doesn't have pedals, so he just scoots around the house on it. This particular day I put the bear on his bike to see if it would make him jealous, but just the opposite happened. He loved having the bear on the bike and if it fell off, he'd put it back on and continue on his way.

David is showing off his Valentine's Day present from Grandma Mortensen. Doesn't he look studly?

And of course here's me. In the first picture I'm standing up as straight as I can to show how well I can hide my tummy and in the second picture, I'm just "letting it all hangout." But these were taken a week ago already, so they're a little off maybe.
